At Beaux, we don’t shy away from the conversation about mental health. In fact, we offer mental health support for times when a fresh mani isn’t quite the pick-me-up you need.

We offer traditional counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you change your behaviour by identifying and replacing negative thoughts. We also have a life coach and science-based human givens practitioner if traditional “talking” therapy isn’t quite your cup of tea.

Oh, and talking of tea, we'll make you a soothing cup of herbal too.
